Coaching plays an integral part in the development of a cyclist from the early years to Olympic achievement. Coaches play a fundamental role in Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) at all stages.
New Brunswick offers a wonderful variety of cycling opportunities. Scenic trips on paved highways along rivers and lakes, through pastoral journeys along chip-sealed secondary roads, or country adventures on unpaved trails and woods roads.
